Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with international B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets to expand Royal Herbs international client base.
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and product development.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports tailored to the needs of international clients.
Coordinate and participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Royal Herbs products.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, certifications, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status using CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in B2B account management, international sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of international business practices and cross-cultural communication.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an office environment.
