Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage & own overall Project Portfolio related to Open Finance under Enterprise CRM & Process Automation Technology vertical and related initiatives to ensure that resources are available and channeled to produce the planned deliverables on time and within the approved budget.

· To meet with the project sponsor and stakeholders to discuss subject matter related to the program/projects and provide them with necessary suggestions & recommendations.

· To ensure all the activities comply with policies & procedures of IT Dept & the Bank·

· To provide adequate support, guidance & motivation to the team members in order to ensure the achievement of assigned projects

· To review and provide regular Portfolio status reports in order to update the management regarding the status of current project initiatives and/or on the tasks assigned.

· Responsible to provide audit input requirements, close all assigned audit observations and provide closing evidences related to your area to IT-QA team or Audit team in a timely manner.

· Responsible for leading transformation / automation for his respective Business unit to support overall strategy transformation

· Ability to facilitate meetings, conduct effective briefings and presentations.

· Ability to develop consensus, both internally and externally on project related matters.

· Ability to assess technological trends and changes, to foresee risks and develop plans to mitigate them.

· Ability to manage the requests within acceptable time with available resources

  • Internal – Business Units, IT Units, Audit

Desired Candidate Profile

Work Experience

·         Min 10+ years in Information Technology (Islamic Bank preferable)

·         Must have hands-on experience in implementing banking applications.
