Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Avionics Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Part 66 B2 license and have a proven track record of maintaining and troubleshooting the electrical and electronic systems on aircraft. This role requires expertise in both line maintenance and major servicing, with a particular focus on the H225, EC725, and EC225 helicopter platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including line maintenance and major services (GV), on helicopter electrical and electronic systems.
- Conduct fault finding and rectification on a wide range of avionics systems, including but not limited to electrical generation, ventilation, fuel, hydraulics, landing gear, air conditioning, and fire detection systems.
- Troubleshoot and validate electronic systems such as radio, radio navigation, engine control and parameters, and autopilot.
- Apply Service Bulletins (SB) and perform modifications as required.
- Execute ground runs and flight preparations to maintain aircraft airworthiness.

Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications

Must possess a valid Part 66 B2 license.

Extensive practical experience as a B2 mechanic on the EC725 and EC225 (Super Puma) helicopters.
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive maintenance on a variety of helicopter systems, including ground tests and troubleshooting.
- A strong background in aeronautical maintenance, with a higher technician's certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in technical English is required.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications

Theoretical knowledge of the Part 66 B1.3 license is a plus.

Experience with other aircraft types such as the Airbus A320/A330/A350 and the Puma AS330/AS332/AS532 is an asset.

Associate's degree (DUT) in electrical engineering with a focus on electronics.
