Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aviation Ticketing Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling airline ticket reservations, issuing tickets, managing cancellations, reissues, and providing professional support to clients to ensure a smooth travel experience.

  • Handle reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate fare quotations and ensure compliance with airline rules and regulations.
  • Assist clients with flight schedules, seat availability, and travel options.
  • Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking or ticketing issues.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of airline systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Manage group bookings and special requests (e.g., meal preferences, seat selection).
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper records of transactions and prepare ticketing reports as required.
