Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cars, extensive hands-on experience with vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues with engines, transmission, exhaust, and other mechanical components.
  • Inspect and test vehicle systems, including electrical, braking, steering, suspension, and HVAC.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
  • Repair and replace malfunctioning parts, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
  • Utilize computerized diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle performance and troubleshooting.
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines, safety standards, and company procedures to ensure high-quality service.
  • Maintain an accurate record of repairs, services, and parts used.
  • Communicate with customers about vehicle issues, providing clear explanations and repair recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians when needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in alignment (ASE or similar) preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Alignment Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in using alignment machines, diagnostic tools, and other relevant equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle suspension systems, steering components, and tires.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with potential for overtime.
  • Work in an indoor shop environment with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
  • Use of safety equipment (gloves, goggles, etc.) required.
