Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information
Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively
Maintain and update customer records; follow up post-sale
Coordinate with internal teams such as finance and delivery to ensure smooth transactions
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Qualification &Skills:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience; automotive experience preferred
Valid Kuwait driving license; possession of an old license is an advantage (Issued before 2013)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
Ability to perform well in a target-driven environment
Good command of English and Arabic is a must.
Work Schedule:
8-hour split shifts
Weekly day off on Fridays
