Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform polishing, buffing, waxing, and paint correction.
- Inspect vehicles for paint defects, scratches, and swirl marks.
- Use polishing machines, compounds, and other detailing products.
- Maintain polishing tools and equipment in good condition.
- Ensure high-quality finishing before vehicle delivery.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in automotive polishing/detailing.
- Knowledge of polishing machines, pads, and compounds.
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit to handle long polishing sessions.
