This position involves a high degree of attention to detail and a passion for automobiles. Car polishers & detailers work in various settings, including car dealerships, detailing shops, and auto repair centers. The main goal is to enhance the appearance of vehicles by thoroughly cleaning, sanding, buffing, and polishing both the exterior and interior. The work may involve using specialized equipment and a variety of cleaning and polishing chemicals to achieve a top-quality finish. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, superb customer service skills, and a commitment to excellence, ensuring every car that passes through their hands looks as good as new.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean vehicle exteriors and interiors to meet client expectations.
• Utilize professional-grade cleaning products and tools for optimal results.
• Assess vehicle conditions to determine necessary cleaning and polishing techniques.
• Polish and buff vehicle surfaces to remove imperfections and enhance shine.
• Apply protective waxes and sealants to enhance and maintain vehicle appearances.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance schedules are followed for detailing equipment.
• Inspect finished work to ensure the highest standards of detailing quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment storage.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client questions or concerns.
• Document detailing procedures and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
• Stay updated on the latest car detailing techniques and equipment advancements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
• Proven experience as a car polisher or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive cleaning products and tools required.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are a must.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Nepali, Indian & Filipino are preferred.
