Automotive Lighting Engineer

As part of the development of our activities in the automotive sector, we are looking for an Automotive Lighting Engineer . You will be responsible for managing the design and development of vehicle lighting systems, while ensuring technical compliance, compliance with deadlines, and coordination with the various project stakeholders.

Main missions

• Design and control vehicle lighting systems according to the standards and specifications for headlights and lighting devices.

• Ensure the development of the lighting system: monitoring of the validation, delivery and qualification phases of the electro-electronic (EE) components.

• Guarantee the reliability of product and process design, in compliance with technical business rules.

• Supervise design deliverables (2D, 3D) and digital model using CAD tools.

• Ensure technical convergence with the Design teams.

• Manage suppliers: compliance with schedules, product conformity, from the launch of the call for tender (RFQ) to the start of series production (SOP).

• Maintain effective communication with the customer and suppliers.

• Work on all elements related to vehicle lighting (front lights, rear lights, signaling, etc.).
