Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the automotive and equipment sectors.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts solutions to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular field visits to client sites, workshops, and service centers to promote products and provide technical support.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Process orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to expand professional network and promote brand awareness.
