Automation Engineer

Design, develop, and implement automation systems for industrial and infrastructure projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems to optimize operational efficiency.
• Conduct site assessments and oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation equipment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
• Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and productivity.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on automation technologies.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in automation and control systems.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for automation initiatives.

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering within industrial or infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in programming and configuring PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Experience with system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation equipment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in automation projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
