Roles & Responsibilities

CAD Gulf LLC is looking for a skilled Autodesk Construction Cloud Technical Support Specialist to join our growing technical team.
Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Role:
You’ll be supporting our valued clients in the AEC industry by providing expert guidance and technical support on Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
3–4 years of proven experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud tools such as BIM Collaborate Pro, Docs, Takeoff, etc.
Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM.
Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
Responsibilities
Develop technical sales capacity and support the business planning, technical skill assessment, and capacity planning
Influence product sales through technical thought leadership during business development activities with the channel ecosystem
Own and orchestrate the hand-over of projects from the presales phase to deployment
Support industries in their transformation journey to build repeatable solutions and build high-value service capabilities
Engage with industries on selective, well-qualified opportunities
Promote the value proposition in presentations and demos with prospects and customers
Understand the prospect’s needs and market solutions that align to those needs.
