AutoCAD Draftsman ATRIBS

Prepare drawings and layouts, including 2D modelling, under the guidance of or as directed by the Project Manager or immediate line manager, in order to develop a design idea into a coherent proposal and to communicate the concepts visually.

Prepare topographical and land maps based on survey details.

Prepare detailed construction/technical shop drawings and plans such as:

• Site development plan
• Floor plans
• Furniture layouts
• Reflected ceiling plans
• Overall building sections and elevations
• Schedule of doors and windows
• Building services layouts, including plumbing and drainage diagrams
• Including multiple revisions, if required, under the direction of an architect or engineer.

Maintain the highest standards of drafting practice to ensure the accuracy and correctness of completed drawings; contribute to improving designs and detailing.

Maintain logs, reports, and records of all drafting activities in relevant databases to ensure compliance with established internal procedures and ISO standards.

Take site measurements of the client s facilities, as required after the completion of construction, in order to keep records of actual dimensions and sizes of the facility.

Be responsible for the confidentiality, security, and safekeeping of all documents and drawings.

Assist and coordinate with Architects and Engineers to ensure the collective achievement of departmental objectives.

Ensure adherence to the department's drawing templates to maintain uniformity across all drawings.
