As an AutoCAD Draftsman, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas and designs into precise technical drawings and plans. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and design teams to create detailed diagrams that reflect project specifications. Your expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software will enable you to produce drawings that serve as a blueprint for the construction and manufacturing process. In this role, your work will facilitate the successful execution of projects across various industries, including construction, architecture, and engineering.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and design modifications.
• Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and company quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers to provide necessary design details and updates.
• Assist in calculating dimensions, weights, volumes, and stresses for various projects.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation to accompany all technical drawings.
• Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD and CAD software advancements and updates.
• Contribute to team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and design strategies.
• Support on-site visits as required to verify dimensions and gather more detailed data.
• Maintain an organized digital archive of drawings and project records.
• Develop and enforce CAD protocols and standard operating procedures for consistency.

• Bachelor s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman or similar role in the industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant CAD programs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to visualize designs in 3D models.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and engineering standards.
