Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Service: Greet and welcome customers promptly and professionally. • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services. • Provide accurate service estimates and explanations of services. • Upsell additional services (e.g., brake pad replacement, filters, suspension, fluid flushes) when appropriate. Operational Management: • Supervise the workflow in the service bays to ensure efficiency and timely completion of jobs. • Assign tasks to technicians based on skillset and workload. • Monitor quality control and ensure all services are performed to company standards. • Oversee cleanliness and organization of the facility, including reception and wash bay. Team Leadership: • Motivate and support technicians to meet daily service goals. • Provide training, feedback, and coaching to team members. • Maintain a safe and positive work environment. Administrative Duties: • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and inventory usage. • Generate daily service reports and update management on branch performance. • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental policies are followed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required: High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in automotive service or quick lube environment. • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and general automotive repair. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Leadership experience or natural leadership qualities. Preferred: • Technical certification or diploma in Automotive Technology. • Experience in upselling or retail automotive service. • Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
Working Conditions: • Fast-paced automotive service environment. • May require standing for long periods and working in both indoor and outdoor settings. •Weekend or evening shifts may be required based on business needs.

Working Conditions: • Working Hours: o 10 hours per day, 6 days a week Shift Options: ▪ Split shift: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM o Day Off: Friday o Annual Leave: 1 month paid leave per year • Work Environment: o Busy service center with indoor/outdoor bays o Requires standing, walking, and supervision of physical work
Compensation & Benefits:
