Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new customers (distributors, workshops, fleets, dealers) within the assigned MEA territory.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for aftermarket truck parts (e.g., engine components, braking systems, electrical parts, suspension, etc.).

  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and tender documents.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and competitive activity.

    Account Management & Customer Service:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Provide expert technical support and product recommendations to customers.

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product specifications promptly and professionally.

  • Regularly follow up with customers to assess needs and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

    Regional Expertise & Strategy:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket landscape in the GCC, Middle East, and Africa.

  • Adapt sales approaches to respect cultural, business, and logistical nuances across different countries.

  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.

  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as required.

    Administration & Collaboration:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Technical Support to ensure seamless customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally with aftermarket truck parts, with specific expertise in Japanese brands such as Hino, Isuzu, and Mitsubishi. Experience within the automotive aftermarket, commercial vehicle parts, or a related industrial sector is preferred.

  • Essential: Experience selling in or to markets within the GCC/Middle East. Experience in African markets is a significant advantage.

  • Technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate details of truck parts and systems.
