Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and applying primer, ensuring a flawless finish.
- Mix and match paint colors accurately to meet customer specifications and achieve desired results.
- Utilize spray guns and other painting tools effectively to apply paint evenly and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, addressing any imperfections before final delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a formal education in automotive painting is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in automotive painting or a similar field.
- Certification from a recognized automotive painting program or association is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in color matching and mixing techniques, with a keen eye for detail.
