Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Position Title: Auto Electrician

Key Objectives: Save working practices experience, excellent skills in DC Electrical and automotive technology, skills in Mechanics and/or Hydraulics would be an added advantage, self-driven, independent working, team-minded. English fluency in writing and verbally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be able to diagnose any electrical faults appears in the equipment s & Trucks also to be able to repair the breakdown issue accordingly.
• Should be able to read and understand electrical drawing / diagrams and specification to identify possible reasons for malfunctions or trouble.
• To read and understand electrical drawing / diagrams and specification to identify possible reasons for malfunctions or trouble. To conduct in all electrical repairs in parts professional manner according to the today s standards, such as alternators, relay, starter motors or other various electrical apparatus, or wire harness installations and electrical connections, built-in to our various vehicles and equipment, such as regular cars, trucks, Buses, Reach Stackers, Straddle Carriers or Empty Container Handlers etc,.
• Responsible for housekeeping and cleanliness of the equipment
• Should be experienced as an Electrician, DC automotive electric, with the skills in reading electric and hydraulic diagrams, with at least 5 years of experience in electrics.
• Should issue the required troubleshooting shooting finding, repair, and service reports and recommendations, either in Word or Excel, and provide them to the Workshop supervisor and the Equipment Planner.

Capabilities:

• An Auto Electrical diploma Certificate would be an advantage.
• The person should be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing. Other communication skills would be an advantage.

Experience:

• Should be experienced as an Electrician, DC automotive electric, with the skills in reading electric and hydraulic diagrams, with at least 5 years of experience in electrics. Mechanics and Hydraulics skills would be an advantage.
