Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform precise dent repair using techniques such as PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) to restore vehicle appearance.
  • Evaluate damage and determine the best repair method to ensure optimal results and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment to effectively remove dents without compromising the vehicle's paint.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are in good condition.
  • Communicate with customers to explain repair processes, timelines, and costs, fostering trust and transparency.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to streamline workflow and share best practices.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in dent repair technology and techniques.
  • Document all repairs performed, including before-and-after photos for quality assurance and customer records.
  • Assist in training new employees on proper dent repair techniques and safety protocols.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in auto body repair is preferred.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in dent repair or related automotive services.
  • Certifications in PDR or other specific dent repair techniques are highly desirable.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow technical repair manuals and schematics.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive environment, demonstrating efficiency and quality workmanship.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering flawless results and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
