Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a proven background in auditing and the ability to lead a team of senior auditors effectively. You must be capable of managing the full audit process from planning to completion while making well-informed and timely decisions.

Additionally, candidates should demonstrate flexibility in handling diverse assignments, including tax, external, and internal audits. Strong communication skills are essential to manage client expectations and work efficiently under pressure. Arabic-speaking candidates will be given preference; however, fluency in English is mandatory. Prior work experience in Oman will be considered a strong advantage. Moreover, applicants holding professional qualifications such as strong>ACCA, CA, or CPA/strong> (or equivalent) are highly encouraged to apply.
