Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Audit Officer is responsible for auditing and monitoring logistics operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The role involves identifying process gaps, verifying documentation, analyzing logistics costs, and recommending improvements to optimize performance, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency.


Spare Parts usage and Work order tracking

- Conduct audits on spare parts consumption

- Conduct audits on Work order closure in both brand and Company portal

- Audit correct PO and billing invoices to brands and customers

- Audit OOW repair and revenue matching

- Support the FC for all revenue related discrepancies


Inventory Auditing & Analysis

- Conduct physical inventory audits of spare parts stock.

- Reconcile discrepancies between system records (ERP/CMMS) and actual stock.

- Identify obsolete, excess, or understocked items.


Process & Compliance Checks

- Ensure adherence to spare parts handling, labeling, and storage procedures.

- Audit for compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.


Data Accuracy & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in inventory management systems.

- Generate audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.

- Suggest corrective actions for inventory and process issues


Inventory Optimization

- Work with maintenance and procurement teams to optimize stock levels.

- Analyze usage trends and recommend reorder points and minimum stock levels.


Risk & Cost Management

- Identify risks related to spare part shortages or overstocking.

- Propose cost-saving opportunities through better inventory control.


EXPERIENCE:

- 3 - 5 years of work experience in Logistics Audit Vertical - Spare Parts

- Sound knowledge MS Office tools such as excel, PowerPoint etc.

- Good written and spoken communication skills


EDUCATION:

- High School / Graduate or Equivalent Qualification


Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of Audit experience in Logistics vertical - Spare Parts
- Knowledge of Consumer durable products
- Hands on with MS Office pack

- Good health condition
