- Finanshels.com is expanding its Audit & Assurance practice and is seeking an experienced and driven Audit and Assurance Lead to lead and develop this function from its Dubai base. This role is designed for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capability and a strategic mindset.
- br/>What You ll Do:
- Lead and manage statutory audits for SMEs, startups, and corporate clients across various sectors
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, ISA, and UAE audit and regulatory requirements
- Prepare, review, and finalize audit reports along with regulatory and statutory submissions
- Work closely with tax, bookkeeping, and compliance teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior auditors while supporting the growth of the audit practice
Desired Candidate Profile
- Professionally qualified CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in external audit with strong SME or mid-market exposure
- Prior experience with Top 10 audit firms is highly preferred
- Eligible or registered as a UAE Approved Auditor with the Ministry of Economy
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and ISA with strong communication and client-handling skills
