Bloomberg LP has built a significant media business spanning television, digital, magazine, radio and live event platforms across the globe! In the midst of a historic time in the media industry, Bloomberg Media is setting out to become the indispensable source of information for the world's most influential business leaders. We're seeking an Audience Development Manager to join our innovative Bloomberg Live team on a 5 month contract. In this role, you'll help recruit senior international executives and local leaders to attend world-class in-person events such as the Qatar Economic Forum.

You'll need to have:

• 5-8 years working in events, marketing, government relations or client management
• Experience working with Salesforce, registration and lead generation systems such as CVENT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular, strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Proficiency working with technology tools and initiative to pick up new technologies easily
• Strong attention to detail and good judgment when handling and processing sensitive information
• Extensive global industry knowledge and understanding of leading public and private sector entities and their leadership structures
• Deep connections in the local business community
• Comfortability cold-calling and communicating with senior executive teams, their communications teams and government agencies to attend in-person events
• Knowledge of government protocols and a strong knowledge of regional institutions, corporations and government entities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be a great teammate and work across time zones with global counterparts
