Roles & Responsibilities


1. Assistant Waiter
Salary : KD 135
2. Waiter / Waitress
Salary : KD 150

Performance Bonus Calculated Monthly, Paid Quarterly; KD 25

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, take accurate food & beverage orders, and serve promptly.
  • Ensure tables are set up, clean, and well-maintained before and during service.
  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle requests or complaints politely.
  • Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in casual or fine dining restaurants.
  • Ability to converse in English.
