Roles & Responsibilities


Operational Oversight

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant

• Monitor food preparation and presentation standards

• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations

Staff Management

• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff

• Schedule shifts and manage employee performance

• Foster a positive and productive work environment

Desired Candidate Profile

With strong background in Indian Restaurant Operations

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, providing a strong foundation in restaurant operations.

Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a restaurant management role, showcasing proven leadership and operational expertise.


Can speak English fluently, Hindi and Arabic is a plus
