Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of team members.
- Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
