Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop & maintain quality assurance procedures and management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) tailored to construction projects

Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, materials, and processes for adherence to quality and safety standards

Review design documents to identify constructability, building envelope, waterproofing, and code compliance issues

Perform quality audits, including internal/external inspections and testing of construction activities

Manage non-conformance by issuing reports (NCRs), tracking corrective/preventive actions, and enforcing resolution

Prepare documentation such as inspection reports, submittal logs, QA/QC plans, and project closeout files

Train and lead QA/QC staff, subcontractors, and project teams on quality protocols

Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, regulators, inspectors, and design teams on quality matters

Hold regular QA meetings, issue minutes, and escalate unresolved issues to senior management
