Roles & Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Review and maintain lease accounting in compliance with IFRS16.
- Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules.
- Assist in lease contract reviews, calculations of lease liabilities, and right-of-use assets.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of lease-related accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Process rent payments to malls, match SOAs/invoices, and ensure timely payment.
- Support audits and management reporting related to lease accounting.
- Collaborate with other finance teams for accurate reporting.

What you ll need to succeed
- Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting with IFRS16 expertise.
- Basic understanding of IFRS16 and accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software.
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in accounting with IFRS16 expertise. Basic understanding of IFRS16 and accounting principles. Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
