As a lighthouse tech company, it continues to create an environment where people can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the transformation of real estate in MENA.Overview:Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Product Analytics Associate who will be primarily responsible for translating data into actionable insights, helping Product Management leadership of the company make informed decisions. You would work with an exceptional group of ex consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG and the Big 4.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business and product insights, across strategic initiativesConduct complex and detailed analyses to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and help set targets for the teamsCoordinate and work with different functions within the companyPresent findings periodically to leaders of the organisationDesired Qualifications:Experience:3+ years in Business Analytics within a reputable tech company or top-tier management consulting firmExposure to Product, CRM, and Growth departmentsCollaboration skills to work effectively with different functions and drive insights into actionsTechnical Proficiency:Exceptional skills in SQL and TableauExperience in product analytics, google analytics, including A/B Testing, Tracking, and Tag managementCommunication Skills:Proven ability to craft and deliver presentations for senior audiences with a compelling storylineOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical content effectivelyExcellent communication and presentation skillsKey Competencies and Characteristics:Demonstrated success in understanding end-to-end analyticsConsistent high performance and achievements throughout education and careerCurious, proactive, practical, and solution-oriented with a "Get it done!" attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated extreme ownershipOur promise to talentAt Property Finder, we believe talent thrives in an environment where you can be your best self.
