Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Manager – Marketing to drive company's marketing initiatives for the KSA market, based out of Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, social media strategies, and influencer-driven campaigns. As a native Arabic speaker with fluency in reading and writing, you will be the cultural and creative bridge between Ajmal and our audience in KSA. This role will also require monthly travel to KSA.

Desired Candidate Profile

Market-Specific Marketing

•Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the Saudi Arabian market in alignment with the Global marketing calendar and Saudi market requirement.

•Ensure brand messaging resonates with cultural nuances and consumer preferences.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

•Plan, manage, and optimize social media strategies across platforms popular in KSA.

•Monitor performance, track engagement, and report ROI on digital campaigns.

Influencer & Content Management

•Build and maintain strong relationships with Saudi-based influencers and content creators.

•Oversee influencer collaborations, campaign briefs, and content development.

•Ensure content is locally relevant, creative, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Brand Growth & Collaboration

•Partner with sales and retail teams to align marketing activities with business goals.

•Support product launches, retail events, and brand activations in the Saudi market.

•Stay up to date with trends in KSA’s beauty and lifestyle industry to inform marketing strategies.


Requirements

•Experience: 6–10 years in marketing, preferably within beauty, lifestyle, or luxury industries.

•Proven expertise in KSA social media marketing, influencer management, and content strategy.

•Strong knowledge of consumer behavior and digital platforms in the Saudi market.

•Language: Native Arabic speaker with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.

•Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking for campaign effectiveness.

•Strong collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
