Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading concept development and interior design direction for luxury hospitality projects
- Creating design proposals, mood boards, masterplans, and presentations
- Overseeing design development, technical detailing, and space planning
- Acting as a key point of contact for client presentations and design pitches
- Staying up to date with industry trends and sustainable design practices
This role promises exposure to global projects and offers an exciting pathway for career progression within a firm that partners with some of the world s most renowned hotel operators.
Desired Candidate Profile
We re looking for a confident and experienced hospitality design professional with:
- A degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Bachelor s or Master s)
- 7 10 years of proven experience designing hotels (not restaurants or residential)
- A strong portfolio showcasing hotel projects, with client/operator recommendations
- Previous experience working in the Middle East region
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit preferred but not essential
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- A track record of contributing to business growth and team development is a plus
