Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

•Execute the tasks and accomplish the assignments with the standard procedures and under the define line which are relating to the cable breakdown and other cable related faults. Or planned outages.

•Higher Expertise on technical skill of fibre optic cable. Such as Fiber optic communications and networks, Safety protocols, All FO cable types and standards. Different jointing techniques and termination procedures. Cable network testing procedures and sound knowledge of different losses calculations,

•Routine oversees and coordinate all stake holders that are responsible for the planning, development, operation / maintenance and network traffic monitoring of the physical cable network in the region.

•Compliance and ensure the HSE procedure to be in place by all the time when necessary, on site with the coordination's of all internal and external technical field teams.

•Able to work on the maintenance trouble ticketing based systems , in order to ensure each and every ticket must be update

•As per the requirement able to perform the shifting wise duties / call out duties or remote areas wise assignments.

•Must align with the project update and able send the feedback to the superiors when required.

•Capable to handle the urgent cable tasks.

•Satisfactory communication skills is needed to further communicate to the concerns in order to provide the feedback / requirements / matter escalations / optimization requirements.

•Able to provide the necessary training to the other staff.

•Computer literate to perform the back office works by using different web portals for fault assignments / operational ticket update / change record ticket update / GIS etc.
