This is an office-based leadership position requiring strong pre-contract expertise and proven experience delivering complex, large-scale projects. The successful candidate will act as a client-facing representative, ensuring the highest quality of cost consultancy services and maintaining strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-contract cost management services across multiple projects.
• Manage preparation of cost plans, feasibility studies, and tender documentation.
• Oversee procurement strategies and contract negotiations.
• Act as primary client liaison, presenting and justifying recommendations.
• Support business development and contribute to wider company growth initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
• MRICS accreditation (mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years professional experience, with a strong focus on leisure, entertainment, museum, or theme park projects.
• Proven track record in pre-contract cost management.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
