Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing policies to ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and organizational standards.
- Managing complex employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace disputes, with professionalism and discretion.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the organization and government entities, handling all regulatory affairs and ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
- Providing expert guidance on conflict resolution and mediation to promote a harmonious workplace environment.
- Implementing training programs for managers and employees on employee relations topics, such as workplace ethics and compliance.
- Conducting regular audits of employee policies and procedures to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
- Participating in industry forums and workshops to stay informed about changes in labor laws and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s/Master s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 15 years in employee relations, with 5+ years in leadership (preferably in shared services)
Core Competencies:
- HC operations, legal compliance, risk reporting, and employee relations
- Strategic thinking, process excellence, and customer-centric approach
- Team leadership, innovation, and talent-focused mindset
