Job Description

As an Associate - Customer Support, you will serve as the frontline for our customer service operations, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. You will be required to resolve customer inquiries and issues, offering prompt assistance via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing tailored solutions and support. Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy across various channels.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in customer support.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of customer support policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets in areas such as response times and customer satisfaction rates.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and potential solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations while interacting with customers.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory for consideration.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
