• Should have a sound knowledge of the products in order to analyze the business requirements and to improve the business process of the customer
• Analyze all defects identified by the team and validate same to ensure accuracy in data and evaluate all processes according to business requirements and perform analysis on all root causes
• Documentation like FRD , SDD, UAT plan, user manuals
• Design a wide range of all business applications and provide support to all staff to design architecture for special projects
• Would be responsible for the assigned Implementation tasks for the project
• Prepare and document training plans and training manuals
