Roles & Responsibilities

Now Hiring: Assistant Workshop Technician – Mechanical & Tires
Location: Al Ain, UAE
Salary: 2,000 – 2,500 AED depending on experience
Ticket: Biennial ticket for self
Health Insurance: Coverage for self and family
Life Insurance: Coverage for self
Accommodation: Provided on site


We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Assistant Workshop Technician to support our mechanical and tire service team. The ideal candidate will assist mechanics with routine vehicle servicing and repairs, perform tire maintenance, and handle basic vehicle care tasks, ensuring our fleet operates safely and efficiently.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist mechanics in routine servicing and repairs of vehicles.
  • Perform tire puncture repairs and replacements.
  • Carry out basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including:

- Oil changes

- Filter replacement and cleaning

- Washing and cleaning vehicles

  • Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment.
  • Support the workshop team as needed to ensure timely service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Prior experience in vehicle maintenance or as a workshop assistant is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and tire servicing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Prior experience (2+ years) in vehicle maintenance or as a workshop assistant preferred
