Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract potential buyers and drive sales
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients to ensure successful transactions
  • Conducting market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and materials
  • Attending networking events and industry conferences to build connections and expand the client base
  • Ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations in all transactions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
  • Valid real estate license and certifications as required by local regulations
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Preference for candidates with experience in luxury real estate or commercial property sales
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively close deals and build relationships
  • Physical ability to attend property viewings, meetings, and events as needed
