Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market data and prepare reports.
Leadership qualities and team management skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
Proficiency in MS Office .
Fluency in French
-Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment of sales initiatives.
Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and client meetings.
Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff as needed.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to sales tactics.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and resolve any issues or complaints.
