Job Description

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales success and achieving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies that align with the company's objectives. You will engage with clients, build strong relationships, analyze market trends, and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall sales process. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role with leadership responsibilities is essential.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are vital.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor a diverse sales team successfully.
