Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop.
- Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, stock, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure hygiene, quality, and service standards are maintained.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- 1 2 years of experience in coffee shop (QSR) operations (e.g., Starbucks, Costa, Tim Hortons, Caf Coffee Day).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
