Position - Assistant Manager Projects (Warehouse Infrastructure)
Location - Dubai
Experience - 4-5 years of experience in core warehouse setup, project execution through space analysis, layout review, vendor coordination, and installation follow-up.
Education - BTech in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering; preference for Lean Six Sigma

Job Description

Execute assigned project activities including space analysis, layout review, vendor coordination, and installation follow-up, under guidance from the project lead.

Role & responsibilities

• Review and analyse business forecasts to calculate space requirements.
• Evaluate vendor-provided layouts and share feedback.
• Coordinate site activities for racking, MHE, utilities, and safety systems.
• Track milestones, budgets, and compliance.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Conduct site inspections for quality and safety.

Preferred candidate profile

• We require people with core warehouse setup experience.
• Experience in warehouse setup & layout design (must be able to read design plans and technical drawings)
• Ability to evaluate layouts, track milestones/budgets & prepare reports
• Exposure to warehouse automation systems (racking, conveyors, sorters, cranes etc.)
• Advanced Excel-based data analysis, basic understanding of automation, layout design, storage systems and working knowledge of warehouse systems.
• Should have managed vendors for automation systems (automation machinery used in the warehouse)
