To teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Chemistry, conduct original research, publish scholarly work, and contribute to the academic and administrative activities of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and conduct laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Develop and update course curriculum and instructional materials.
Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research activities.
Conduct original research in the field of Chemistry and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
Apply for research grants to support departmental and personal research.
Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, committees, and activities.
Mentor and guide students academically and professionally.
Engage in community outreach and departmental promotional activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in the field of Chemistry.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field from a recognized university.
Prior teaching experience at the college or university level (preferred but not mandatory for fresh Ph.D. candidates).
Strong research track record with publications in reputable journals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
