Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will teach education-related courses to undergraduate students. The teaching load will be split between the three courses based on the needs of the Department. In addition to teaching and service, it is expected to maintain an increasingly significant professional and/or scholarly practice
Candidates should use technology in all aspects of their teaching and possess experience using a variety of online platforms and teaching tools, implement current teaching and assessment of student learning practices, foster a successful learning environment for all students. Candidates should possess the ability to actively participate in faculty committees and are expected to publish high-quality research in leading peer-reviewed journals.

Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must have completed a PhD in Education or a closely related discipline from a reputable North American or European university, with at least three years of teaching experience after the doctoral degree. He/she should have a strong commitment to quality teaching and be active in research. The ideal candidate must be ambitious, self-motivated, and hard-working, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
