Desired Candidate Profile
The applicant should have completed a PhD in Composition/Rhetoric/Academic Writing or any related field from a reputable North American or European university with at least three years of teaching experience after the doctoral degree. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English must be ambitious, self-motivated, hard-working, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team where scientific creativity is essential.
Candidates should use technology in all aspects of their teaching and possess experience using a variety of online platforms and teaching tools, implement current teaching and assessment of student learning practices, foster a successful learning environment for all students. Candidates should possess the ability to actively participate in faculty committees and are expected to publish high-quality research in leading peer-reviewed journals.
