Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Set up and operate machines with zero-defect tolerance under Team Leader supervision.

Perform SKU changes, replacing parts, and adjusting conveyors, heaters, folders, and other machine components.

Feed new materials according to manufacturer recommendations and Team Leader instructions.

Troubleshoot and solve minor breakdowns, reporting major issues to the Team Leader.

Verify the compatibility of raw materials with machines, reporting deficiencies immediately.

Maintain SKU settings records to improve changeover efficiency.

Actively participate in machine improvement projects.

Ensure machines are maintained in safe, efficient operating condition.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Team Leader.

Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Responsibilities

Follow HSE policies and procedures, apply SCD safety expectations, and wear required PPE.

Safeguard personal health and safety as well as that of colleagues.

Immediately report unsafe practices, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

3 5 years experience in operating paper manufacturing machines.
