Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensures patients have information regarding the immediate and long term financial implications of treatment choices, in so far as they are known.
  • Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of care based on individual patient needs, lifestyle, gender and cultural background.
  • Prioritizes client's needs and delegates aspects of nursing care to the other nursing personnel within his/ her scope of professional responsibility.
  • Prioritizes work schedule to meet the needs of the patient.
  • Initiates prompt nursing intervention based on changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Maintains and demonstrates clinical competence in all aspects of patient care within the scope of practice
  • Ensures the involvement of patient, family /significant others in the patients care.
  • Maintains patient’s privacy and confidentiality of information /records at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, providing a solid background in patient care.
  • Should have DHA Eligibility or MOH Evaluation letter
  • Immediate Joiners are preferred
  • Fluency in Hindi is required.
