Assistant Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily mechanical maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure all safety, environmental, and quality protocols are followed.
• Participate in work planning, reporting, and using the CMMS (Maximo).
• Maintain high quality standards and complete tasks within deadlines and budget.
• Ensure readiness for emergency call-outs and 24-hour plant support.
• Support and cooperate with multicultural team members and contractors.

Performance Indicators:

• Timely work completion
• Quality of maintenance reports and documentation
• Effective use of Maximo system
• Plant availability and defect reduction
• Compliance with HSE requirements

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in power plant environments
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain various mechanical systems
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and plant isolation procedures
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Computer literacy and good command of English

Experience:

1-2 years and for fresh graduates as a trainee

Education:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent certification.
