Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and uphold brand voice, tone, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead integrated 360° campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
- Manage annual/monthly marketing calendar aligned with business priorities.
- Provide creative direction and approvals on all marketing materials.
- Guide content creation and campaign narratives.
- Own social media calendar and performance.
- Manage events, activations, and partnerships execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Growth, CRM, Product, Operations).
- Brief and manage agencies (social, PR, influencers) for aligned delivery.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team (Marketing Executive & Copywriter).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Master’s degree/certification in Brand Strategy or Integrated Marketing preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing/brand management with execution experience.
- Fluency in English & Arabic; strong UAE market knowledge required.
- Experience in consumer tech or mobility preferred.
- Deep knowledge of brand strategy, messaging, and multichannel execution.
- Strong project, campaign analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Performance Indicators
- % of campaigns delivered on time and in full.
- Message consistency across channels.
- Campaign effectiveness (awareness, engagement, conversions).
- Brand health (awareness uplift, top-of-mind recall).
- Social media growth and engagement.
- Internal stakeholder satisfaction.
- Team development and feedback.
