Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing annual marketing plans and promotional calendars.
- Support brand positioning by ensuring all marketing activities align with hotel and brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and update the hotel s website content, offers, and landing pages.
- Coordinate SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and digital campaigns with agencies or internal teams.
- Oversee email marketing newsletters, guest engagement campaigns, and database segmentation.
- Monitor online presence across booking platforms, brand portals, and social channels.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan and manage social media content calendars.
- Create or coordinate high-quality photos, videos, and written content for social platforms.
- Track engagement, impressions, and social KPIs to optimize performance.
- Work with influencers, creators, and photographers to enhance brand reach.
Brand & Public Relations
- Ensure consistency in all hotel marketing materials, signage, brochures, and collateral.
- Support PR initiatives, press releases, and media hosting.
- Assist in organizing hotel events, photo shoots, and community relations activities.
Campaigns & Promotions
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for rooms, restaurants, spa, and events.
- Support partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and corporate clients.
- Track campaign performance and provide monthly reports and insights.
Collaboration & Administration
- Work closely with Sales, F&B, Revenue, and Operations to align marketing activities.
- Manage budgets, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Maintain marketing assets, photo libraries, and digital archives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and social media trends.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
